1. Membership Overview

The Gasser Collective is a membership service that provides access to cost-price apparel printing, design services (as an add-on service), a private client portal for uploading artwork and placing orders, and ongoing brand support.

2. Membership Fees & Billing

The membership fee is £55 per month. Billing occurs automatically each month via your chosen payment method. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method at all times.

3. Failed or Late Payments

If a payment fails, the system will retry after 3 days. If unsuccessful after 7 days, your account is paused. After 14 days, your membership may be cancelled.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership anytime. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Access to the member portal and pricing will end immediately upon cancellation. No refunds for unused time.

5. Reactivation & Cool-Off Policy

Cancelled members can rejoin after a 30-day cool-off period. A £95 reactivation fee applies to restore your account and pricing privileges. Reactivation is subject to approval and current pricing/previous membership rates may not be guaranteed.

6. Fair Use Policy

Unlimited cost-price printing is for your own apparel brand or business only. 1 brand per membership applies. Orders must reflect reasonable brand activity. Excessive or third-party resale use is not allowed. Large-scale orders may require review or additional setup fees. We reserve the right to refuse orders that exceed normal brand use.

7. Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused access.

8. Member Conduct

Members must treat staff and other members respectfully. Abuse or fraudulent use of membership may result in termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

Designs created by The Gasser Collective become the client's property once paid in full. We may display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the portal.
